Choices
I always have a hard time choosing horizontal or vertical photos. I really like this waterfall photo from my vacation. I want to give it to Sonya as a thank you for watching Misty.

oh, version two--the horizontal version takes advantage of the detail in the rocks. you may not have as many rocks, but the textures and colors are better appreciated in ver. 2--lovely!
I like them both, but was more pulled to version one. I thought it captured the energy of the vertical waterfalls, and communicated how far water travels from it's source. (Plus I just thought it was pretty!)
I agree with Victoria...1 seems to capture the movement of the water for me.
seriously, there is no limit to your talent is there? awesome photos, both of them, but I like version 1 a little bit better...don't really know why...but i do.

I vote for horizontal, but that doesn't appear to help much. LOL
While I think both photos are beautiful I voted for version 1.

Version #1 for sure - but they are both very beautiful.
My vote is on Version #1, the vertical one. I agree with the others who stated the movement of the water is the focus. I think it still picks up the great color of the rocks, but keeps the focus on the beautiful water.

When I first saw Version 1, I thought, "How could Version 2 be better?" But then I scrolled down and loved Version 2!
It looks like most people prefer Version 1 and I can't say why I like Version 2 so much, but rest assured that this will be a successful gift, regardless which one you choose!
