So, ya know how I have been faithfully using up my stash in my quilts? Well that has been going fabulously. I have a few more quilts planned out and then I have almost completely used all the fabric I have. Believe it or not, I'd rather not have a stash of fabric kicking around making me feel guilty. But......when Heather Ross's new line of fabric came out over the summer I splurged. I splurged and bought a quarter yard- a quarter yard of everything!
But I love it so much! I made this quilt roughly using Denyse Schmidt's What a Bunch of Squares Quilt for inspiration. It reminds me a lot of this quilt that I did last year.
More shots of this quilt and Little Red in my flickr.

Wow you have been busy. That and the red quilt in the post below look like a lot of work.
I gave your etsy shop a plug on my blog but don't expect you to give me extra chances in your giveaway draw considering the lateness of it.

Wow, this is awesome! You've been doing some amazing quilting lately. I'm in awe!!!!
I have alot of new found respect for people who make quilts..I tried a couple of years ago, to make a quilt with my grandmother..ohh my, that was a disaster..I just do not have the patience..it was so hard..so I respect you immensly for having the patience for quilting..and I love your quilts, very pretty!!
I just erased about 4 sentences trying to say something so simple - I love it! Can't put my thoughts on your design into words easily. How about a simple - Well Done!
Great colors Betty!! You always pick fabulous materials to work with.
Your quilts are great. I love the improvisational look. Do you plan them out or do you make up the blocks as you go along? Have you heard of Gwen Marston. She wrote a book called Liberated Quiltmaking. It is fantastic and it reminds me of what you are doing. Great work.
I just love your style. I know that you say that you are inspired by DS, but you have really started fine tuning a style that is all your own. This is a great quilt. I love the small details too. :~)
