Here are some more scraps made into blocks. These are some of my favorite fabrics. Once again I used primarily scissors to cut the pieces. The light green color is salvaged linen and the rest are various cotton fabrics. Loads of vintage scraps and I think a few quilt bee fabrics snuck in there too. Also, some new fabrics like Amy Butler scraps. I really enjoy letting the blocks sort of flow and not having to think too much about them.

Love your eye and ideas. These blocks remind me of a workshop I did with Denyse Schmidt. I found that once I started improvising like that, I had no desire to follow a pattern.
